México Mágico
MAGIC, ABUNDANCE AND GASTRONOMY
Mexico Magico is a mexican haute cuisine restaurant that celebrates abundance, diversity and contrast. The project was carried out in collaboration with the architect Francisco Elías. The main idea of the identity plays with the symmetry of the words Mexico and Magico, since both have 6 letters, the same initial "M" and the same ending "O", this being the center of both words in the main typographical arrangement. The game with the letters becomes a dynamic reading, because when turning 180 degrees, Mexico Magico and Magico Mexico are read consecutively.
The richness of the project and its exploration enabled a system composed of different graphic elements that arise from the letters "M", among them the abstraction of the sun, an open flower, the movement of animals and a starry sky. All the signs represent Mexico and together form a magical, elegant, expressive, abundant, surprising and oneiric identity.
